Happy Independence Day from Maine!


Mitchell had a wonderful 1st Fourth of July in Maine with the Folks/Flint family! He finally got to meet his 1st cousins and lots more aunts and uncles.



They live on the lake here in Readfield, Maine and they have lots of adirondack chairs out by the water, including this baby one :)

Mitchell took his first boat ride yesterday. He had to wear a baby lifejacket which he wasn't so fond of, but the waves put him to sleep within minutes.
What else is Maine known for, but LOBSTERS! This is Diane's HUGE lobster pot that we used to boil our own lobsters for dinner last night. I've said multiple times that Mitchell is so cute that I could eat him....but this might be taking it a step too far :)

Oh my gosh, I am totally laughing out loud at Lobster Pot Mitchell! And his expression is priceless!

I thought I traveled a lot, but Mitchell may have more frequent flyer miles than me this year.

I just can't get over how cute he is! Although I am not very good at deciding who kids look like, I think he looks more an dmore like Jacob everyday. I hope you are enjoying your vaca and can't wait to see pictures! =)
