Jacob has started doing P90x, which is a 90 day workout/nutrition plan. Tonight's workout routine was Yoga and he had a little yogini exercise with him :)

What? Five pounds in one week?!?! Gonna google it.
I love when little kids want to imitate what Mom and Dad are doing - even if it's something horrible like a torturous exercise video! Looks like Mitchell needs a special yoga diaper that won't ride up during his poses! :-)
