We had an ultrasound at yesterday's doctor's appointment to confirm our suspicion - the baby is breech. :( He looked very cute and comfy in there, but he doesn't appear to want to come out! We are scheduling the external version procedure for Monday in hopes that our Doctor can get him to turn.
If he doesn't turn, we'll schedule a c-section for the week of January 25th.
If he does turn, we'll patiently await his arrival!

Baby 2 probably is very comfy--I do hope he gets interested in turning--our prayers are with you.

Stubborn little fella, huh? A sign of things to come, I guess! I'm glad you posted this, because I kept checking yesterday when I remembered it was Thursday. Well, however it works out, at least he'll be here SOON! Wow, just a matter of days! BTW, if he's born on my half-birthday of the 22nd, it would be 01/22/10, which looks pretty cool to this numbers nerd. Just like how I like having my kid's as 529. Although, neither is as cool as TWO friends who had babies on 06/07/08. My excuse is that it's busy season already. . .
Either way, you'll be fine. C-Sections are not a first choice, but they aren't too bad wither. In the end, you have a brand new baby boy!!! Counting down for you all.
You'll be in our prayers for baby to get here safely and healthy-whichever way that may be :)
Oh my! Hope all goes well! You know...Mike and Mark's birthday is the 26th!!! Wouldn't that be fun!
Grandpa Dave's birthday is the 22nd. Boy wouldn't that be just the perfect birthday gift!!! But we'll take whatever day the little fellow decides to arrive...I know you are anxious and we are right behind you!!
I dont' know that you have much right to call him stubborn!!! You are the one that made your Dad and I wait 10 months for your arrival!
