Jacob and I attended the annual Ernst & Young Christmas party. As most of you know, I also worked at E&Y until I had Maverick, so we both knew just about everyone there. We had a really good time...in fact, in typical Jacob fashion, we were among the last people to leave.
Did we head straight home? Oh, no, no, no....we post-partied at the Plaza like 21 year-olds.
The little guys were safe and sound at home. Despite our late night, they were up and adam at 6:30 as usual! Why don't children come with a snooze button?

It's too bad baby-sitters don't come back in the morning! :-)
