Yogini

Jacob has started doing P90x, which is a 90 day workout/nutrition plan. Tonight's workout routine was Yoga and he had a little yogini exercise with him :)



Jacob is a little over 1 week into the program now and he's already noticing some more muscle definition and has lost 5 pounds!



No, I'm not too lazy to do it with him...I just enjoy my daily group exercise classes the gym instead. I will have to update his progress as he reaches his 30 day, 6o day and finally 90 day milestones.

  2. I love when little kids want to imitate what Mom and Dad are doing - even if it's something horrible like a torturous exercise video! Looks like Mitchell needs a special yoga diaper that won't ride up during his poses! :-)
